Conveniently located in Avon Lake, Engage Virtual Range is a new and exciting virtual gun range that offers all enthusiasts' skill levels to test their abilities in a fully immersive virtual shooting simulation. Our goal is to educate, entertain, and build confidence in every guest that walks through our doors.

In the Virtual Range Instructor position, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have an enjoyable, unique, and educational experience with us.

Responsibilities

• Check-in customers before their reservation
• Perform customer orientation with both software and simulated guns
• Operate simulator technology for guests
• Provide education and support to guests as needed
• Enforce traditional and virtual range safety rules
• Have a willingness for continuous learning

Skills

• Customer-service skills
• Thorough knowledge of firearms and safety standards
• Fluent computer and internet skills
• Willingness to grow and evolve with a new and exciting business
• Experience providing judgment-free training to varying skill levels
• Law enforcement, military, or significant firearms training experience is required.
