Located in Avon Lake and Medina, Engage Virtual Range is a new and exciting virtual shooting range that offers enthusiasts of all skill levels to test their abilities in a fully immersive virtual shooting simulation. Our goal is to educate, entertain and build confidence in every guest that walks through our doors.

In the Business Development position, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, promoting our brand, and assisting in the growth and expansion of our business.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via the phone, email, website chat, and in-person
• Assist with events and customer reservations
• Brand ambassadorship
  • Attend networking, expos, and community events
  • Distribute marketing materials
  • Share the EVR story with various customer segments
• Administrative support; customer service, marketing campaign assembly, data mining, research, appointment setting, and more!
